I am so excited you are here! I am Bertharis aka Beth. I truly feel called to my current life path in the healing arts of Reiki, Vibration Sound Therapy, Crystal Therapy and Mentoring.

From a young age I knew I was here on planet earth to be of service and help humanity in some way. My “jobs” and “careers” have been in the health care profession, first in a Nursing Home and lastly working 20 years in mental health care; in-patient psychiatry. I love connecting with people and helping them see themselves as strong empowered beings.

I first heard of Reiki over 20 years ago and later decided to learn Reiki to help myself through a very challenging time in my life. Reiki was one of the first steps in transforming my life into what it is today.

Holistic Health coaching, Yoga teacher training, Crystal healing and Vibrational Sound Therapy soon followed and became a part of my own healing and way of LIVING! Fully embodying these practices into my everyday life.

After overcoming years of anxiety and depression due to trauma and life happenings, I felt ready to offer all that has helped me thrive and heal with others.

Aura Energy LLC was created for you! a safe space designed to nurture a state of deep peace, a return to oneself, unconditional love, self-acceptance, empowerment, and healing in all aspects of one’s being.

Transparency, authenticity, and truth are a few of the principles that will be experienced at Aura Energy.
